Online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO
The EU Commission provides an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called “OS platform”). The OS platform is intended to be a one-stop-shop for consumers and businesses seeking to resolve out of court contractual disputes arising from online sales contracts or online service contracts.
Online sales contracts or online service contracts are contracts in which the entrepreneur or the intermediary of the entrepreneur has offered goods or services via a website or other electronic means and the consumer has ordered these goods or services on this website or by other electronic means.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
